- Ability to gather content from project managers, software engineers, CTOs and put together as one and present to the client.
- 8+ years’ Federal proposal experience
- Help lead the solutioning.
- Not a consultant - Stability 3-5 YEARS, No job hopping.
- Attention to detail.
- Federal civilian agencies proposal writing
- Yes, USDA (US Department of Agriculture)
- NOT a lot of DoD, DIA, Army, Military, Navy
- Software development writing
- Shipley Training and conferences
- 2-3 Days onsite in Vienna, VA
- FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation)
- Shipley Process
- Agile SCRUM
- APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification a plus
- CSM (Certified SCRUM Master) a plus
- PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus
